For this project, the homeowner selected Dark Hickory TimberTech Azek decking, known for its rich color and long-lasting durability. TimberTech Azek provides the look of natural wood while offering the benefits of composite material. It’s resistant to weathering, fading, and staining, making it ideal for a front porch that will be exposed to Michigan’s variable climate. The Dark Hickory finish adds depth and sophistication, perfectly complementing the home’s exterior.
The white Trex aluminum railing not only adds a modern, clean aesthetic to the porch but also provides strength and safety. The crisp white color creates a beautiful contrast against the dark hickory deck boards, making the entire porch stand out.
